The Oakland Press — 9/1/2026
Tijuan Marion Paige, 21, was sentenced to six to 20 years in prison for his role in a stolen vehicle and business burglary ring in Metro Detroit. The criminal enterprise stole vehicles from dealerships in Livingston and St. Clair counties to carry out over two dozen nighttime burglaries of gas stations and eateries. These crimes occurred between November 25 and December 4, 2024, affecting numerous cities across Macomb, Oakland, and other counties. Paige was the final co-defendant to be sentenced, following Clarence Javary Wilson and Nigel Cartier Dewitte Simpson. Both Wilson and Simpson also received multi-year prison sentences for operating the criminal enterprise. All three defendants were ordered to pay restitution to the victimized businesses.
