Bridging Communities-Detroit

Bridging Communities helps older adults in Detroit live independently and with dignity by providing service coordination and connecting them to health, housing, and support resources. It is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency and member of the Detroit Housing Network, and also hosts an annual charity golf outing.
