Community Care Organization

Community Care Organization is a Detroit nonprofit that provides supportive services to help youth transitioning out of foster care build confidence and self-sufficiency as they move into young adulthood. It operates from a main office on Joann Street in Detroit and an annex in Eastpointe, and runs programs such as an Independent Living Program and a DTE Energy Efficiency Assistance Program.
