Destined For Greatness is a Detroit-based nonprofit mentoring program, founded by Shadora L. Ford in 2010, that empowers and mentors at-risk young women ages 11 to 21 through education, job readiness training, and a food pantry, while also serving families in Metro Detroit with groceries, clothing, and household essentials.
